Saffron face mask
Some data that speak about the way that Cleopatra practiced to take care of her skin and a youthful appearance to the face used milk and saffron. Even when bathed in milk, she added saffron. Today great numbers of Indian women use this treatment for face care. Natural face mask is could be made really easy – put a little saffron in a little coconut oil (or milk), the proportionate amount, and mix. Apply the mixture on the face and leave it on for the whole night through. In the morning remove with lukewarm water. The results are amazing.
Whipped cream face mask
Wondering how geisha managed to get such a nice, white and bright skin. Ever since ancient times “recipe” for such a tan was transferred as a great beauty secret. It is a face mask that is prepared from 2 tablespoons of sea salt mixed with 2 tablespoons whipped cream (real cream, homemade and not a can filled with a long list of ingredients). The mask is applied to the face with a gentle massage and leave on for an hour or two. After need to rinse with cold water.
Green tea mask
Another trick for youthful appearance comes again from geisha. For their skin to look bright and fresh they used a green tea. In order to do what they geisha did, mix 1 cup of hot green tea with half cup ground oatmeal and add 1 mashed avocado and squeeze juice of half a lemon. Once you mix well you will get mixture like paste, apply it on a clean face and leave on for 20 minutes. Remove with warm water.
