Ingredients:

·         3 tablespoons rice
·         one tablespoon milk
·         one tablespoon of honey


 
Preparation:

Cook and drain the rice.
·         Mix a tablespoon of warm milk to the rice, and then add a tablespoon of honey.
·         Apply the mask on clean, dry skin. Leave it to dry. Clean your face and rinse it with water in which you cooked the rice.

Rice water has powerful antioxidant properties. It moisturizes the skin and stimulates blood circulation; it also helps in removing wrinkles and reduces inflammation. This mask will make your skin healthy and hydrated.
For best results, repeat the treatment at least once a week. You’ll be amazed by the looks of your complexion in the mirror – you will look 10 years younger.
