Cellulite
seems to be the most universal problem every woman faces. Thin or fat, tall or
short, nobody seems to be able to escape this modern day plague. There are many
theories as to why cellulite appears, but most sources agree that it’s due to
the imbalance in the connective tissue and fat in your body.
However, yet again
many factors might contribute to this imbalance, such as hormones, lifestyle,
diet and genetics. Even though the overweight are at higher risk of cellulite,
many thin women got it as well.
You may have tried
many remedies, homemade and commercial, but we assure you that this homemade
paste can do wonders for your skin. And the best part is you only need 2
ingredients.
Coffee
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup of coffee grounds
- 3 tbsp. warm water
- 2 tbsp. olive or almond oil
Mix the coffee grounds with
the water and leave it for about 10 minutes until the coffee absorbs the water
and turns into a thick paste. Add in the olive or almond oil and mix it all
well.
Application:
After you shower apply the
paste on the affected area. Using circular motions, with your hands or with an
exfoliating sponge massage the areas with cellulite for about 5-10 minutes.
Rinse it off with warm water
and apply some lotion afterwards.
Repeat the procedure 2-3 times
a week and you’ll achieve amazing results. You’ll start seeing the difference
pretty soon.
Coffee massages are extremely
beneficial in reducing cellulite.The massage and exfoliation stimulates the
