concern of every woman is a glowing skin. They will buy many cosmetic products
that are available in the beauty market. But many do not realize the fact that
only a healthy skin can bring a glowing skin on you. So use these effective
home remedies that give a glowing skin to you.
Mint
Mint helps to clear all the marks and leaves your skin fresh and
clean. Grind some leaves and squeeze the juice out of it. Apply this with
special attention on pimple prone areas.
Fenugreek
Grind a paste using fenugreek seeds and add some rose water to
it. Apply this pack on your face and wash it after 15 minutes. This procedure
is excellent in controlling sebaceous glands.
Sesame Seeds and Turmeric Face Pack
The combination of sesame seeds and turmeric powder is packed
with anti oxidants, Vitamin E, minerals and proteins. You can just grind the
sesame seeds and add some turmeric powder to it and use as face pack.

To prepare herbal
mask you need lemon, besan and turmeric. Combine some besan flour with a pinch
of turmeric and some lemon juice. This helps to clear the sun tan and make your
skin glow.
Nutmeg and honey
Grind the Nutmeg and get a fine powder from it. You can add some
honey to the nutmeg powder and get a paste with smooth consistency. Apply this
pack concentrating on the dark spots to fade it away.
Multani Mitti Face pack
The Fuller’s Earth or Multani mitti is famous in the beauty
industry. Just mix the multani mitti with some rosewater or milk to get a fine
face pack. Apply it on your face and make your skin healthy and beautiful than

Banana and honey face pack
Mash some banana in a bowl and mix some honey to apply as face
pack. This face pack gives lovely and golden glow. It also rejuvenates and
whitens your skin complexion.
Tomato

pulp of the tomato can be used regularly to make your skin radiant and enhance
the complexion.
Potato juice and lemon
Make fine slices of potato and rinse in warm water to extract
potato juice from it. Take the potato juice and mix some lemon juice to it. The
skin naturally lightens as this pack acts as mild bleach on your skin.
Sesame seed oil and apple cider vinegar
The combination of apple cider vinegar and sesame seed oil is
very effective in bringing the glow. Allow this to stay on your face for 20
minutes.
Oatmeal
The oatmeal is a natural exfoliator that helps to remove all the
debris and excess oils from your face. Use oatmeal as a scrub for every week
and see how your skin brightens up.
Cucumber and rosewater
Mix cucumber juice with rose water and glycerin. Apply it on
your skin for 15 minutes and then rinse off. This mixture protects your skin
from sun damage.
Gylcerine and ghee
There is much talk about the benefits of ghee in Ayurveda. Ghee
is very useful in bringing good health for your hairs and skin. Apply the
mixture of glycerin and ghee for a moist skin.
Chamomile tea face pack
Prepare the chamomile tea and use ¼ cup for your face pack. Add
two drops of almond oil and some honey to chamomile tea. Apply it and allow it
to stay for 15 minutes. Your skin gets fair and glows naturally.
Other
than using these homemade remedies you should also eat good food. The foods
should be rich in nutrients that help to glow your skin from inside. The
