See How These Twins Got Rid Of Their Acne Within 3 Days

Twins named Nina and Randa Nelson (22), which have a successful career on YouTube, discovered how to treat painful and swollen acne only with the change of diet.
These two girls grew up consuming vegetarian diet
and thus avoided the products of animal origin, meat and dairy derivatives, which are known to cause pimples and oily skin.
They finished High School without dealing with any kind of problem on their faces, but when they turned 20, their skin condition went bad.

Nina and Randa met with painful cystic acne for the first time when they turned 20. The following months they tried almost all possible treatments, but nothing gave a positive result. These young girls, totally lost their confidence because of the situation with their face, otherwise they are dealing with acting and singing.
The moment they lost hope, they realized that the key is what they enter into their organisms, but since they are already vegetarians, they did not know what they should change when it comes to their diet.
“After reading an article from Dr. McDougall we realized we needed to lose all added fats. We sometimes had soy food, like soy milk twice a day with oatmeal, or avocados/guacamole, or nuts like peanut butter. We stopped all those added fats that Dr. McDougall mentioned in his article, so we were eating a plant-based diet very low in added fats. This worked within 3 days for us when we had no new breakouts! Then over the weeks after, our skin became clearer and clearer as the old pimples receded and cleared up.” – claim Nina and Randa.
This means you must follow a diet based on starches
with fruits and vegetables – strictly avoiding all added fats, including nuts, seeds, avocados, olives, soybeans, and vegetable oils – even the so-called “good” fats.  Wash all oils from your hands before touching your face, shampoo the oil from your hair daily, and use a “buff pad” to help open your pores and thoroughly clean your skin.  If your skin is not improving, then the first guess is you are not adhering strictly enough to your diet and skin care.
Remember, if you want to avoid new acne breakouts, stick to the clean food and take good care of the hygiene.
